Pan Buttered Sautéed ScallopsPrint Recipe
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 meyer lemon
- 1 lb sea scallops
- Parsley, Finely chopped
Place butter and olive oil in sauté pan, melt.
Add scallops, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Flip them and squeeze the lemon and cover.
Cook till golden brown, approximately 6 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and lemon.
When preparing dinner, cook the scallops last. They need to be served immediately after preparing.
