Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • Eggs
  • Kalamata
  • olives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.

Cut the avocado in half and remove seed.

Place in small pan to prevent the avocado from rolling.

Crack an egg in each hole of the avocado and place in the oven.

Cook until egg is done. If needed, place under the broiler to finish off the cooking process.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta, chopped olives, salt, pepper and oregano.

Notes

Be sure to watch the baking process to make sure that the egg is cooked to your preference. This is one of the healthiest breakfast you can prepare.
